i. PROCESS
> I will draw: oc, fanart, human, furry, quadruped, mech, mild gore, suggestive, horror, bugs, complex designs
> I will not draw: nsfw, sexual theme, heavy gore, hate speech, character without image reference, copy other artist's style
> complex designs and mech may be subject to additional fees
> I accept commissions only through ko-fi or paypal. I take inquiries through instagram, twitter, and email.
> when inquiring please include a clear colored reference of the character, your paypal email for invoice, and any pose/expression/personality requests.
> within 2 weeks of the initial commission date I will always provide a WIP and an estimate of how long it will take to finish. you may request any changes at this stage. when the WIP is approved I will send an invoice and I will begin the finished work once it is paid.ii. TERMS
> clients must be 18 years or older to commission artwork.
> redistribution is not permitted. I do not allow unauthorized reposting of any of my creations without explicit permission.
> I maintain the right to update these terms at any time and without notice.
> I do not allow cancellations or chargebacks. refunds will only be provided if I am unable to complete the artwork. the completeness of an artwork is at my discretion as the artist.
> excessive edits requested to commissioned work may be subject to an additional fee.iii. USAGE
> by default, all commissions are available for personal use only. commissions may not be used for commercial purposes unless specified. commercial commissions are available upon request.
> I do not allow edits of my creations of any kind, including but not limited to: color editing, altering the watermark or signature, tracing, or otherwise transforming the art.
> I maintain all rights to any artwork created and may use commissioned artwork in my portfolio, post on social media, or otherwise use.
> nothing I create may be used in any blockchain technology, including nfts, cryptocurrency exchanges, or any adjacent technology. selling nfts of anything I have created or exchanging it for any form of cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited.
> nothing I create may be used or input into ai technology, nor may my creations be emulated or imitated using ai technology in any form.
